The Learning and Performance Institute offers expertise in needs assessment, instructional design, training program development, and implementation of knowledge transfer. We design custom solutions so that they align with corporate strategic priorities, are relevant to day-to-day operations, and improve individual and organizational performance.
A key factor in the success of our comprehensive design framework is our focus on the underlying concepts and principles that participants must grasp to develop the knowledge, skills, and abilities that lead to behavioural change, and thus performance improvement.
Our customized program designs are flexible and adaptable to ensure results will be attained within the organization's unique cultural environment. Designs are developed within the context of the client's overall learning and development strategy to ensure integration between training and other learning and development goals and activities. Our designs can incorporate a number of learning processes and activities that include, but are not limited to, action and applied learning, project based assignments, experiential learning, simulations, role plays, assessments, and coaching and feedback sessions.
