1. What is included in the seminar fee?

The fee for this seminar includes 18 days of instruction, all program materials, refreshment breaks and lunches. The fee is subject to, but does not include, the GST.

2. What are my payment options?

Payment may be submitted via cheque, purchase order, Visa, MasterCard or American Express.

3. Are financing options available?

Under most circumstances, full payment is due before opening day of the seminar. On a case-by-case basis, however, we may approve instalment payments. In all cases, however, the final instalment is due at least 31 days prior to the end of the semester.

4. Is there a reduction if we enrol more than one person?

A $500 discount applies when organizations register 3 or more individuals for a Masters Certificate within the same semester. Registrations may be divided between Edmonton and Calgary, or between the Project Management and Business Analysis programs.

We regret that we are unable to give the multiple registration discount when registrations are received non-concurrently.

5. What is the cancellation policy?

A full refund will be issued for written cancellations received a minimum of 21 days before the program start date. Written cancellations received after this date will incur an administration charge of $800. Non-attendance of withdrawal after the program start date will incur the full program fee.

6. What if I must miss a class?

You can arrange to attend a makeup class in a subsequent semester or in any other city where we are training in North America. There is no charge to attend a module in an alternate location, but students must cover their own travel costs. All modules must be attended before earning a graduation certificate.

7. How much work is required between classes?

Review, pre-reading for the next module and homework should not exceed 3-5 hours between modules.

8. What are the program prerequisites?

The program does not have a formal prerequisite, but we recommend that participants have at least 1 year of experience working in a business analysis or project environment, OR that they have attended at least one previous business analysis or project management course.

9. Does the program qualify for the tuition tax credit?

Yes, a T2202A will be issued at the end of the tax year for the allowable claim in that year. If your program crosses two calendar years, a T2202A will be issued for each year.

10. How does your program differ from those of other training providers?

Our program stands apart in the crowd, due to numerous features that raise the bar on the educational experience. For more information, please visit our page on the LPI/ SEEC difference.
