Short Courses
New Offerings for 2010!
We offer a robust selection of short Business Analysis courses, ideal for individuals with any of the following goals:
- Developing skills in a particular knowledge area
- Completing the Masters Certificate in Business Analysis
- Acquiring education hours in support of the Certified Business Analysis Professional exam
- Earning Professional Development Units (PDUs) in order to maintain PMP certification
We offer much of our Business Analysis training in partnership with the Schulich Executive Education Centre (SEEC) at York University. Schulich is consistently ranked as one of the top business schools in the world. In 2008, the Economist Intelligence Unit (the research arm of The Economist magazize) labelled Schulich as #2 in Open Enrolment Programs and #4 in Custom Programs worldwide. In addition, we source some sessions (such as Business Analysis Fundamentals) through Alberta-based subject matter experts.
Many of our short programs also provide credit for our Masters Certificate in Business Analysis - one of the very few national Business Analysis certificates. In fact, you can begin your Masters Certificate for under $1000! Those interested in extended certification can complete 8 individual courses (18 days of instruction) over a period of up to 3 years. In addition, advance credit of up to 4 days of training is available for courses completed with other IIBA Endorsed Education Providers.
