Join the hundreds of participants internationally who are certified by Human Resource Systems Group's (HRSG) competency certification program; one of the foremost training programs on developing and profiling competencies in organizations. This three-day program gives participants the capability to be fully engaged in the competency profiling process as a facilitator and competency developer.
Competencies are observable abilities, skills, knowledge, motivations or traits defined in terms of the behaviours needed for successful performance. Competencies and competency frameworks are proven tools for translating the strategic vision of an organization into the behaviours employees must display for the business to be successful.
Following certification, participants will be able to communicate to managers and staff the benefits, components and process involved in competency-based HR Management. Participants will learn directly from highly experienced experts who have delivered competency-based solutions to business, government and not-for-profit clients throughout the world.
