1. What is included in the seminar fee?

The fee for this seminar includes instruction, program materials, refreshment breaks and lunches. The fee is subject to, but does not include, the GST.

2. What are my payment options?

Payment may be submitted via cheque, purchase order, Visa, MasterCard or American Express.

3. Is there a reduction if we enroll more than one person?

A $100 discount applies when organizations register 3 or more individuals for the Competency Profiling Certification workshop.

We regret that we are unable to give the multiple registration discount when registrations are received non-concurrently.

4. What is the cancellation policy?

A full refund will be issued for written cancellations received a minimum of 14 days before the program start date. Written cancellations received after this date will incur the full program fee.

5. What are the program prerequisites?

The program does not have a formal prerequisite, but the program will most significantly benefit HR professionals, consultants, managers and executives - anyone who wishes to leverage the competencies of their staff.
